FIBERSTAMP’s 5Gbps USB 3.0 Type-A Optical Cable is an active optical assembly featuring two USB 3.0 Type-A connectors along with an optical cable, designed to support USB 3.0 data transmission. Equipped with IC, VCSEL, and PD at each end, it seamlessly handles photoelectric and electro-optical conversions, enabling lossless 5Gbps data transmission up to 100m through multimode fiber.

Notice:
- The fiber optic part of the Gigalight USB 3.0 fiber optic cable is not powered, so the upstream connector should be powered by the host side.
- The host operating system needs to be compatible with the USB 3.0 standard. The USB 3.0 optical cable will not work when connected to a USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 host.
