FIBERSTAMP 400G QSFP56-DD to 8x 50G SFP56 AOC active optical cable is used for short-distance branch interconnection between internal devices in the data center, conforms to IEEE 802.3cm 400GBASE-SR8 transmission protocol, and is also compatible with IEEE 802.3cd 50GBASE-SR and InfiniBand HDR transmission protocol. This series of products uses 8 pairs of parallel multimode optical fiber transmission, and the distance can reach up to 70m (OM3) or 100m (OM4/OM5).
Description
- An active optical cable assembly integrating one 400G QSFP-DD SR8 and eight 50G SFP56 SR optical transceiver modules at both ends
- Each side contains 8 channels of 850nm VCSEL and PIN
- The transmission rate per channel can reach up to 53.125Gbps (50G PAM4)
- Compliant with QSFP-DD/SFP56 MSA, CMIS and IEEE 802.3cm 400GBASE-SR8 transmission protocol
- Compatible with IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR2 and InfiniBand HDR transmission protocols
- Using 8 pairs of parallel multimode optical fiber transmission, the distance can reach up to 70m (OM3) or 100m (OM4/OM5)
- Power consumption less than 9W (400G QSFP-DD SR8 optical module) or 2W (each 50G SFP56 SR optical module)
- Commercial grade operating temperature range
