FIBERSTAMP Upgrades The Immersion Interconnect Solutions To Improve Energy Efficiency For “Green AI” Data Center

August 30, 2024. Singapore – From July 2021 on when Fiberstamp launched the immersible liquid cooling optical transceivers, nowadays we have developed a comprehensive immersible liquid cooling product lines  including the new 400G and 800G immersible optics, which have been widely used in 5G fronthaul and AI computing data center application.

In order to catch up with the high demand of AI computing data center for high energy efficiency and heat dissipation, Fiberstamp has improved our immersible liquid cooling optical transceiver with  higher reliability and cost–performance. They use direct immersible liquid cooling technology and optimized optical device sealing design to effectively prevent coolant from entering the optical path,and thereby eliminating the negative impact of liquids on the optical route.

Fiberstamp’s immersible liquid cooling interconnect optics are mainly built on a unique technology and superior signal integrity. It is designed by integrating material compatibility, mechanics, optics, pressurization, SI simulation and comprehensive tests. The optimized sealing design of optical components and engines ensures that all products undergo rigorous 100% immersion testing before leaving the factory to verify their suitability and durability in both spray-type and fully immersible liquid cooling environments.

Currently, our immersible liquid cooling products have been successfully deployed in a variety of cooling liquids, including 3M and domestic fluoridated liquids, silicone oil, and PAO, proving their broad applicability and outstanding compatibility.
