SiPh 800G QSFP DR8 1310nm 500m SMF MPO Optical Transceiver
FIBERSTAMP’s 800G QSFP-DD DR8 silicon photonics hot-pluggable optical modules are engineered with silicon photonics integration for 800GBASE-DR8 Ethernet links within data centers. Utilizing 100G PAM4 and 8-way single-mode parallel technology, these modules support transmission distances of up to 500m.

- 8-channel full-duplex transceiver integrated module in QSFP-DD hot-pluggable package
- Data rate up to 850Gbps
- Compliant with QSFP MSA, CMIS 4.0 and 800G Ethernet transport protocols
- Transmission using single fiber at distances up to DR8 500m/ DR8+ 2km/ DR8++ 10km (with FEC on)
- MPO16/APC or Dual MP012/APC optical interfaces
- Power consumption less than 18W
- Supports CMIS version 4.0 protocol
- Commercial grade operating temperature range
- Power supply voltage 3.3V
- Comply with RoHS environmental protection standard (lead-free)
